The Repurposed History Creative Works Contest is an opportunity for WSU Students to explore local history and create works of art, fiction, technology, and nonfiction inspired by Ogden’s Historic 25th Street.

Description

This contest is a part of the Business at the Crossroads project and is sponsored by the Stewart Library. Funding has been provided by a Faculty Collaboration Award from the Hemingway Faculty Development Trust. The contest is open to all Weber State University students registered for the Spring 2016 Semester.

Students interested in submitting a creative work should first review information about the Business at the Crossroads project, and the 25th Street photographs and oral histories. These should serve as source materials, and all submissions should relate to the overall contest theme.
